What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing modality that was discovered and cultivated in Japan. Reiki has been credited with the healing of mental, physical, and emotional issues. Many progressive hospitals like the Mayo and Cleveland Clinics incorporate Reiki into integrative care for many conditions, including cancer recovery. What does the research say about meditation?
